Hello,

I am Ataur Rahaman Khan, a designer, strategist, and the person behind ARK Studio (Ataur Rahaman Khan Studio), a multidisciplinary design practice based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

I’ve been working in design for more than a decade, and somewhere along the way I stopped seeing design as a fixed discipline. It became a way of looking at things. A way of asking questions, making sense of complexity, finding connections, and sometimes unlearning what I thought I already knew.

My work has taken me across very different kinds of projects, from small and deeply personal engagements to large and complex ones. I never wanted ARK Studio to be defined by a fixed team or a fixed way of working. I prefer to build the team around the problem. I work with different designers and collaborators depending on what a project calls for, bringing together people with different experiences, instincts, and ways of thinking.

ARK Studio is a collaborative design practice built on curiosity, conversation, and the belief that the best solutions come from exploring ideas together.
